Cancellation policy

Clients who cancel or request to reschedule within 72 hours of their scheduled appointment will not receive a refund. This applies to all sessions, immersions, or custom offerings. Due to the energetic preparation and limited space available, your time is reserved specifically for you and cannot be filled on short notice.

All sessions—whether individual, group-based, or custom-created (including alchemical essences)—are intended to support the natural processes of healing and integration within the body, mind, and spirit.
