Many people want to understand what they are saying yes to, what it entails, what it looks like… I completely understand, I’ve been there…still am often.

I think I began to understand the magic of what transpires when you just follow the “Yes” and trust after my father died. We are quick to budget and spend money on certain things but we have forgotten about our internal spiritual relationship, we aren’t budgeting time or money for living the truest version of our life’s expression. We think equine therapy, bodywork, meditation and more are just “extras.”

We are paying the price, the world is. The world is also listening and re structuring and it is beautiful to witness. Your peace and the state of your heart, matter. Perhaps because when that is clear, you are clear and the world is less burdened as we are more connected.

    The second time was with her first virtual group immersion with The Field. It’s hard to create a rich container virtually, but this felt like we were all together in the same room.     My most recent exchange with Brooke was a one-on-one session. I had a rough idea of what we were doing beforehand, but the session completely exceeded whatever expectations I had prior.     Brooke is one of the most powerful healers I’ve had the privilege to work with. Both her 1:1 remote sessions and in-person immersions were profound.
    I appreciate her warm, no-nonsense approach to getting to the heart of my needs. Her hands-on work was the most incredible I have ever experienced.

    For my remote session, she worked while I was sleeping. To this day, that was the best night’s sleep of my life… and the healing that continued to unfold for days afterward was tangible. I recently had a one-on-one virtual immersion session with “Them.” The Divine “They” helped me find a core wound and dense energy that was trapped in my body my whole life.
